Can a person who you add to your 'Ignore List', can they still see what you have posted?

Or does it just stop you from seeing any post that they make on a thread that you have made?

I don't know to be honest.
I've never used the function and tbh don't see the point.

I have no one on ignore.

I'm asking is because a few of the threads that I have created have a lot post by the one person.
Not that I mind people posting on my threads, but if there's something like 42 posts, 30 odd would be by the one person.
Not dune in a flooding way.

As far as I know, you won't be able to see posts from people on your ignore list. They can still see your posts. You're ignoring them, not the other way round.

So you want them to not only not see your 1,857 posts, but also not see the 511 threads that you have started?  Is that what you're saying?

If it is the same as before the board was updated, then you can still see when someone you have blocked has posted, only instead of showing the text of their post it just says "You have chosen to ignore posts by this member" or something similar.

Sorry, it's just that it's coming from that some of the threads that I've done has a lot of separate posts by the one person.
Something like 47 posts, with 29 of them by the one person and 18 of the post are from myself and some others.

Not that I don't mind people posting on the threads that I have created, it's just that when the one person has made the bulk. I think "Oh for fuck sake"

I don't get this thing of people being really protective of "their" threads. I mean, it's a forum - people can post, contribute and then the thread disappaears and you open a new one.
