A (straight) friend with who I am working with brought me in confusing situations.
I wear shirts, where two buttons are open. When I came to work, I caught him frequently glancing at my chest hair.
But he was always trying to hide his stares.
Another day he looked at my chest hair and touched it. Then he unbuttened his shirt and showed me his chest.
I am a little bit confused as he is straight and married, but I really think this has been quite sexual...
Or is this just some sort of "manly" way of proofing a point?

This is not normal behavior for a straight married man. Keep it professional and don't think about stepping over the line. It will not end well.
As for you, two buttons open is provocative. Why do you dress that way in the workplace?

Also depends on what his job is and the general dress of everyone in the office. Two buttons is merely the collarbone.
All that said, gotta agree with Parsi's advice. Don't be the other woman even if it's possibly invited.

Well this was pre-changing. This was my personal outfit and I change into a uniform.

Ooo! Uniforms.
Change trousers too?

I think that two buttons undone on the trousers is definitely pushing the boundaries of workplace attire...

Doesn't surprise me in the least.
A boyfriend's roommate told me once that he walked into a gay bar and saw his father there.
