I watched Godspell a couple of months ago and Music Man last night. (See how much I respect your recommendations?)
However,
Didn't like Godspell (gave it 2/5 Netflix stars)
In The Music Man I liked the dance scenes way more than the songs, although the "76 Trombones" theme song is a catchy one that had me humming it as I went to bed. Robert Preston and Shirley Jones were really good.
Besides being very cute ( ) Timmy Everett's dancing was quite phenomenal (I replayed those parts over again several times - didn't bother replaying any of the songs. ). Reading his bio I learned that he sadly died at the age of 39 (of a heart attack). In The Music Man he was 24.

I watched American Sniper (2014). Didn't like it.
Too bad because it's based on a true story about an American SEAL, Chris Kyle, who was decorated as a hero. (I like movies based on true stories if they are reasonably accurate. Maybe this one is.)
But I found this film directed by Clint Eastwood with Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller to be what I call "common entertainment" with too much audience appealing action scenes (to be fair, it does take place during the Bush/Cheney war in Iraq).
I gave it 2/5 Netflix stars. (It got upped from 1 star because Bradley Cooper has a shirtless scene - not my type AT ALL, but still, he gets a star for that.)
I watched Drive My Car and really liked it.
The lead actor Hidetoshi Nishijima, widely regarded as one of Japan's leading actors, I found to be incredibly sexy, a handsome 50-y/o (at the time) Japanese actor. We get a few brief shirtless shots too.
At the 2022 Academy Awards the film won an Oscar for Best International Feature Film.
His Wikipedia page makes no mention of family, spouse, etc. (Hmm. I wonder if I have a chance. )
