Minor cosmetic issue....
Since the removal of the FM2020 sub board, something's gone a bit haywire with the post in thread dates. Seems 'Today' and 'Yesterday' have been lost from these currently.

Do you mean its saying "xxxx hours ago" instead of the time/date ???
You can set that in your User CP > Edit Options > Relative/Absolute Time-Format
We've done a board upgrade so its possible it reset a few things back to default.

How odd. Not doing that on mine.
Is your language (at the bottom of the screen) English (GB) or English (American) ?
I recommend using American
GB is a bit bugged.

Although it fixes the missing words on the board, a downside is that it makes you go and live in a swamp, play banjo & shag your sister.
But you can't have everything.

I resemble that remark, having grown up a stone's throw from the Everglades 'til I was knee-high to a grasshopper. I do not, however, chew tobacky nor dip snuff.
For several months, I've set the option to show absolute time rather than relative (e.g., x hours ago). The board recently and mysteriously switched to relative, and I have been unable to revert to absolute. Any ideas what might be going on? Granted, there are worse things in the world. Plus, since I regularly use ISO 8601 date-time format in my personal life, you can prolly ignore me altogether with no untoward implications.

Looking into it.
It appears the latest board software update reset everybodys (?) time back to relative.

Mine was reset to "default" which, strangely, seems to differ from sub-forum to sub-forum.
Even after setting it to "absolute time" some forums stick to relative:

the board 'default' is set to absolute, but that seems to be having no effect either
its possibly a php issue as that was updated at the same time.
I've logged with myBB support.
Its not a major issue. Just annoying for some.

I feel like I've wondered into a lost episode of Sapphire & Steel where "relative" time is eating "absolute" time & it's making Joanna Lumley's tits tingle while David McCallum is stomping around being rude to everyone.
As you were,

More off-topic:
You won't believe how big an impression that episode left on me as a kid. It's probably still somewhere in my top 10 of TV moments

The post dates issue is what the tech industry calls an "undocumented feature".
The update was surely billed as an improvement. Yes?
