Music is a big passion of mine so I thought I'd ask what people's favourite album of 2020 is so far.
Judging by the singles released so far from the album "ALICIA" by Alicia Keys, it promises to be a really good album but the release date has been postponed again.
*Stop Press* The album is going to be released on 18th September *yay*
I've just realised how few albums I've even listened to from 2020 - I must be getting old,
By far the best thing I've heard is the new Sparks album A Steady Drip, Drip, Drip. I've loved Sparks for most of my life & they're still as brilliant & insane as ever,

Yeah, it reminds me of Indiscreet, probably my favourite Sparks album,
That Ozzy track is better than I expected, Heinrich - the chorus is very Sabbath, :insert moshing smilie here:

Sounds good - I really like the picky guitar and the synthetic sounding drum beats fit well with this
I discovered Tame Impala by accident recently through Tiktok (a slowed down version of their 2015 song "Let It Happen" features a lot on the Tiktok audios).
Their new album "The Slow Rush" is an altogether more poppy album than previous ones, especially their 2015 masterpiece "Currents" but its still great and all their usual elements are there.
Stop the presses! We have a new contender for album of the year. Steps have announced they have new material being released in November. 90's me can't wait to learn all the new dance routines. Also, new single tomorrow.

Always had a soft spot for George & I love this new tune from the album,
Thank you for posting this, I love it and the video is brilliant.
Culture Club's single More Than Silence was criminally overlooked but suffered as I think poor George became ill and had to cancel tours and promotion and delay the new album for about three years. The original single release of the track is far superior to the final album version though so make sure you listen to that version. It's one of my all time favourite tracks.

(I'd post the YouTube link but I don't know how)
Oh yep, I totally agree about More Than Silence - the original version is fantastic,
