To embed a YouTube post into your topic use the yt tags or button (or use the Insert Video dropdown button)


EXAMPLE

To add a tiktok post into your topic use the tiktok tags

*known issues / bugs

There is currently a problem with the board software, where the input editor converts the youtube/instagram/twitter URL into a hyperlink when you paste it in. This stops the embedding from working.

The 2 ways to solve this are...

- Once pasted, click the URL then the 'unlink' button in the toolbar.
- In your UserCP, Edit Options, then tick  Put the editor in source mode by default.


Instagram embed posts seem to mess up the reply count for the topic


You can only post one tiktok per posting.  Multiples will not work.
