Over here in Dublin, the air feels lighter already....
(Not really, as Ireland will be the most economically affected of all the remaining EU countries, but nevertheless it feels like a mental release that the dog has finally left the manger!)

Haven't ventured out yet, but I'm assuming the immigrants have all disappeared and we once again have a world beating fishing and ship building industry ?

Leave the Poles alone!
Though if you have a French delicatessen down there in deepest darkest hicksville, feel free.

I've never heard of a French delicatessen (do they have them in the UK?).
Jewish delicatessen, yes!

Yes, though most of them are probably in London. They're also a bit different to what a New Yorker would expect from a deli.
Now we've left they'll be turned into chlorinated chicken takeaways!
Merry Brexit and a happy new queer.

S'Brexit mate,
I'll brick whoever I wanna brick. Besides, we don't have delicatessens in Hicksville,

You could consider moving to Gibraltar. Sunnier weather too.

I read that Britain is working out an open border arrangement between Spain and Gibraltar. Gibraltar always has had passport control coming from the UK and that will be continued.
A hard border was undesirable with 10,000 workers coming in daily from Spain.
I guess that's a similar situation as with NI. Yes?
Can UK citizens living in NI travel freely to the republic and then on to the rest of the EU with no passport control?

Not quite. Into the Republic, yes. But Ireland has always been part of the
Common Travel Area - meaning it keeps passport-free travel with the UK, not the Schengen zone in Europe.

So, when is the UK government expected to crash the currency? A guess from anyone is fine.

The UK government knows it will have to crash the pound to save part of its economy.
