"Popular image hosting platform Imgur is done with hosting pornography. In a blog post published this week, the company says it has a new terms of service coming into effect on May 15th and that, as a result, it’ll be removing “nudity, pornography, & sexually explicit content” from its platform as well as “old, unused, and inactive content that is not tied to a user account.”

And to go back through my threads and edit and repost pictures and GIFs

Public, I get. But hidden?!!
The pictures that I've uploaded to the site are hidden. It's going to be a pain in the arse going through my threads and reposting the missing pictures.

It's going to be a bit like the old site. In where you get old 8/10 year old threads without any pictures.

It's going to be like the old site a bit quicker in having some threads without any pictures in them.

No. Nobody does now.

For me, the worst thing about Tumblr is needing to log in (to see adult content).

And then finding there isn’t any, ‘cos they removed it.
