Hell yes. Gorgeous skateboarder about mid 20s yesterday after I dropped my brother off - tattooed chest and right arm and absolutely hot. Seen a fair few hairy dudes who were handsome too.

Mmmm! That’s what I’m talking about! I do love shirtless guys out and about in public, even more so guys with hairy chests and big smooth nipples.
What’s even better are the guys who leave the house without a shirt and don’t take one with them as they obviously aren’t bothered in the slightest who sees them and have the confidence to go wherever with their nipples out.

See a lot of shirtless guys running in the park, not so much on the streets of Manhattan which is a bit more conservative.  (I said "a bit", not much though)
What I see a LOT of on the streets is fuzzy legs on hot guys walking about in shorts.  (Even better is when they sit down on the subway because in the sitting position the shorts tend to slide up a bit.)
