WHY dylan WHY Plus if your naked on a table or a gurney they wouldnt have your body on display like that!  they would cover you up.  Its a respect thing.  Unless there doing an autopsy or doing the embalming fluids.

No the bad guy isnt Dylan, the good guy *was* Dylan, the bad guy is the one over Dylans body in the plane, the good guy - so the same actual spirit as Dylan had - is looking at his old body in the cryo tank. The reason the spirit has gone and moved in to be born in a new body is that the body is dead, so no they cant use it again.
