RE: The Bug Tracker thread - ladsnet - 23-10-2020 OK Seems to display fine in Chrome (for me anyway) and Edge. With or without adblocker on. Doesn't display in Firefox. Thats not a massive deal as stats show that only 4% of you use Firefox. However the rest of you are evenly split between Chrome and Safari. Can people confirm whether its showing in Safari or not. I have no way of telling. RE: The Bug Tracker thread - 9in - 23-10-2020 On a completely unrelated matter, not sure if bug or intention... why does the forum software parse IG links on profiles but not img tags? RE: The Bug Tracker thread - Parsifal - 01-11-2020 Local time for NYC is showing up wrong. Last night we went to Daylight Standard Time and set our clocks back 1 hour from 2am to 1am. As I write this it is now 10:57am but the board is showing 12:57pm (2 hours off). RE: The Bug Tracker thread - ladsnet - 01-11-2020 Have you read the big gold banner atop every page ? RE: The Bug Tracker thread - Parsifal - 02-11-2020 It's still incorrect. Under Edit Options / Date and Time Options there are three options: Automatically detect DST settings (currently adds 2 hours to NYC time) Always use DST correction (currently adds 2 hours to NYC time) Never use DST correction (currently adds 1 hour to NYC time, i.e. it did not set the clock back 1 hour last night) RE: The Bug Tracker thread - ladsnet - 02-11-2020 No idea then. I know the automatic settings don't seem to work, but for us here in civilisation, 'Never Use' makes it right. Maybe move to Europe ? My solution was to change the time zone to GMT -5:00 (and set daylight saving to "never use"). Seems like that'll do until March, which feels remarkably stable these days. That works. ![]() RE: The Bug Tracker thread - jdcyl - 05-04-2021 New bug: Normally, the home page lists “Picture and Video Forums” and that is expanded to list “Showbiz view”, “The Back Page”, “Request Stop”. Starting this past weekend, “Picture and Video forum” is not expanded. Immediately listed below it is “Discussion Forums” (which is expanded as normal to list “The Gossip Column” and “The Poof’s Pantry”), “Forums Help”, etc. The shortcuts on the left side are still available from the home page. It’s just the main listings that normally make up the home page that are affected, so it’s not possible to go directly to “Last Post” for Showbiz or Back Page. You would have to click on “Picture and Video Forums” first. This is on an iPhone. Not entirely sure about the time when this buggy change happened. I just noticed this past weekend. RE: The Bug Tracker thread - ladsnet - 05-04-2021 There's a little switch on the right of the 'Picture and Video Forums' gold bar. You must have clicked it by mistake to hide that category. RE: The Bug Tracker thread - jdcyl - 06-04-2021 Thanks! RE: The Bug Tracker thread - ladsnet - 06-04-2021 Your apology for blaming my forum is accepted ![]() |
