Press 'start uploading' on imagebb and select the picture you want to use once it uploads the image press the pen icon, you can resize the image and then simply press 'upload'

Just jumping on this one! Have resized and image and uploaded to IMGUR but when i copy the URL in the update avatar section it says URL is invalid - any ideas?

Post the URL from imgur in this post so we can have a look

Usually means the .jpg or .png is missing off the end
