Apologises in advance if this is the wrong topic, but I have no idea how to post pictures on here. can any one assist?

I go to preview post then click the picture looking icon.

You can upload an image to something like imgur and post it here using the BBCode

You can find the BBCode by clicking edit post and then hovering over the image and you'll see a dropdown in the top right corner and click on 'get share links' there might be an easier way but I'm new to this too

Still can't figure out how to post an MP4 from Instagram. Tried the [insta] tags but that doesn't seem to work.
Any tips appreciated.

Yeah. Its a pain that but we can't think of a better fix at the moment.

Kind of hard to hover when using a tablet.
